History of Palacina

In 1884, Winterfeldtstraße 03 saw the construction of a beautiful home. Lying 10 minutes from the Kurfürstendamm, in the Schöneberg area, it was a beautiful property in the perfect location. Designed in the Baroque style that was all the rage in that period. It featured an opened Portico and drive for horses with a carriage house, a courtyard garden and a dramatic building that reflected the architectural detailing typical of the time.

Over the years, the building was neglected and saw dramatic changes through the centuries. However, the interior details of heavy oak balustrades, oak parquet floors, marble entryways and tall dramatic ceilings with original stucco revealed glimpses into the glamor and luxury of the era.

Lovingly restored in 2012 to its old glory, Palacina is proud to present The Palacina Residence, Berlin. Featuring 16 beautifully furnished Apartments capturing the style and glamor of old world Berlin. With carefully thought out luxurious apartments that feel like home, with all the comforts and amenities one would expect in a luxury apartment.
